I received my Bachelor of Arts in Education from SUNY Fredonia of NY in 1993.  I received my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from SUNY Fredonia of NY in 1996.  I started teaching in North Carolina in 1996.  I have taught 6th and 8th remedial reading and math, Kindergarten for many years, and second grade.  I enjoy spending time with family and friends, shopping, and being outside.  I have two beautiful, creative nieces, and four handsome, energetic nephews.
