MISSION OF THE SCHOOL LIBRARY PROGRAM [RCS]

The school library media program is designed to support and enhance the

educational goals of the school and district. The mission of the Instructional

Media and Technology Program for Randolph County Schools is to ensure that

students and staff are independent learners and effective users of ideas and

information. Our programs are designed to teach the learner to seek, evaluate,

and apply information from traditional sources and developing technologies

within the framework of the school's curriculum.
