Trinity Elementary School hosted their annual Bulldog Lunch with Leaders event on Wednesday, November 20th. Bulldog Lunch with Leaders is an event where Trinity Elementary invites community leaders to have lunch with a chosen group of students. Lunch with Leaders is a fantastic opportunity for our students to meet local leaders, share information about our school, and learn how as a TES student they are part of a bigger community. The students loved getting to tell all about the fantastic things that are happening in their school. The students talked about how they loved getting dressed up, eating lunch at a fancy table, and eating cake! Likewise, the leaders spoke about how excited the students were to talk about themselves and their school. Representatives from Cone Health shared that the lunch inspired them to be intentional about mentoring the next generation, to think boldly and pursue their goals, and also how important it is to mentor people at all levels. This event is powerful and meaningful to everyone involved.
